Ate at Lazziz last night, everything was very good and a good value! I do not know how to cook Persian food but I wish that I did because it was so delicious. I would like to see some more variety of drinks offered though, maybe some mediterranean coffee like that is sold in the market, or some of the delicious juices that are sold over there as well. Very excited to come back!

We had takeaway food from Lazziz this evening and were absolutely knocked out with how fresh and delicious the food was.
I have to say that many local restaurants providing Middle-Eastern cuisine don’t often prepare their food in a way that allows subtle flavors to come through – and the ingredients rarely taste fresh. Lazziz was perfect in both of these areas. We especially enjoyed the Kashke Bademjan for it’s exotic flavors. The Koobideh Kebab was great, as well. We also noticed that the grilled tomato was delicious .. not just a bland cooked tomato that is so often ignored for being flavorless and not fresh.
We will go back often and are telling our friends about our experience. We can’t wait to dine in and meet your much talked-about attentive staff. Thank you for bringing another great international dining experience to Nashville!

We tried your restaurant today for the first time and loved it. The food was delicious – especially the chicken and steak tips. The decor was nice and the staff friendly and attentive. The bread, cheese, and walnut platters you put on the table right after we sat down were a perfect distraction for our 4 hungry kids. We also visited the pastry shop next door and filled a box full of goodies to take home. We will be back next week!

What a treat to enjoy a meal in your restaurant. I hope you have a huge success. I am new to Persian food, but always feel welcome and well fed. The flavors are amazing. I’m telling all of my friends and neighbors about you.
thank you very much.

To the great chefs of Lazziz restaurant,
I really enjoyed your food last time I was there. You give a very delicious and hearty soup, a nice basket of herbs, cheese, and walnut which i haven’t seen any restaurant serve either in US or Canada and all for free. I don’t think the kurdish restaurants around are a competition since their atmosphere and their quality of food are so low they are not comparable to you guys. By the way, congratulation on having such a good decorator. Inside the restaurant is beautifully done. Keep on improving the taste and variety of food you are offering and very soon people will stand in line to have their meal in your restaurant.

OK,
Here is the truth about your restaurant as a food critic.
1-Atmosphere is clean, nicely and tastefully decorated
2-Ingredients of your food- It is typical Iranian dishes.
3-Taste-was good. I have Shish Kebab (Barg and koubeedeh). However it was over done to the point that it was charred
4-Your rice was good. Nicely done
5-Your desert was good but not much selection. Presumed you were out
6-Service- It was really good. I think her name was Niloufar. She did a great job. Fast, knows the industry and caring. The other one .. Needs training
7-Parking is good
I think you have a great potential to make it a good place to go to. You are competing with four other places including the Kurdish restaurant.
If you decorate your dishes ( present them well) to the customers you will be the one to be chosen.
Try some entertainment and maybe add beer to your menu or wine.
Wish you good luck
